Poor delivery

Very poorly organized for delivery. I had 2 similar orders going to 2 different addresses and they sent both orders to the same address. Pretty basic skills needed. Also never heard back from them about this issue. Poor customer service. I am sure the products taste good, just bad operation.

My order was filled incorrectly

My order was filled incorrectly. I tried contacting Bazaar Bros by phone and by email. I got a nice response to my email asking if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to exchange my order, but no response to my answers. I replied several times. I will never order anything from this company again.

I really like the product, but it was very hard to find in stores, online, or even through the company. Was really disappointed with the company (KFI) response and their inability to fulfill any attempt to order it. What is the problem. Ordered through Bazaar Bros and had absolutely no problem. Was very pleased with Bazaar Bros and would order from them again.
