SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Yes, there is an extra shipping charge on frozen items since we have to use dry ice, insulated boxes and use faster shipping methods. This guarantees the food will arrive frozen.
We shipped all our frozen food with dry ice, we make sure the transit time is less than 3 days. Frozen items will have an increased shipping charge since we have to using insulated boxes with dry ice.
In almost all cases, the box will be left at the front door of your residence.

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you at checkout based upon your exact location and the weight of your order. Please note frozen items will see an additional shipping charge.

We are unable to accept EBT payments at this time. We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay.

We are required to charge sales tax for orders for the state of Illinois. All other states will not be charged sales tax at this time.
