Terrible Customer Service

I ordered some items from Bazaar Bros. The items were never delivered to me. When i tried to reach out to Bazaar Bros to track what had happened. I received no help from the support staff except, an apologetic response of we are sorry, that you didn't receive your order. No response to emails, nothing after that. For me its a loss of one order, they have lost a potential frequent buyer.
