11 days shipping on Frozen Food?

This business is approximately 2000 miles away. I order perishables from San Diego generally they offer reduced 2 day shipping at a certain $$. Bazaar Bro offered free shipping. Had no additional option, “perishable upgrade to 2 day”?
My order took 11 days to arrive. Obviously I threw the ruined unfrozen food’s away, but there is no Customer Service to speak to. Via email it’s been 3 weeks since they asked if I wanted a refund…no I want to pay for my rotten food! I actually tried to do the “right thing” pay for what was good. But since they have terrible Service, I followed up and asked for a refund, immediately.
What has happened to companies post Covid? What has happened to individual and Company pride? Doing the best because it’s the right thing.
I’m ashamed for Bazaar Bros, ashamed for their stupidity in shipping an order with Frozen Foods and not having any mechanism to ship it correctly. I would have been happy to pay, but they are the Business they have to initiate that conversation thru their Ordering Site?!
And, when they drop the ball, it absolutely should not take 3 weeks and three communication attempts to get resolution. Don’t reach out and ask if I want a refund. Just refund me, immediately! Thanks.
